We collect information related to parents and students that is necessary for us to provide our services, and only when voluntarily provided via API access to your nominated School Information Systems (SIS) or Wonde.

This information will include parent SIS code, firstname, lastname, email address and split family relationship id in the case of TASS (SIS). In addition, in some circumstances we may also collect student SIS code, firstname, lastname, email address and attach this to a parent related record.

Use of Personal Information

All information collected and stored is for the sole purpose of providing the ParentID Passport Service (PIPS).

We will not use personal information for other purposes without consent, unless required by law.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose parent personal information to third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our services. We use 3 rd party email delivery systems to send Welcome Email content to parents which will require us to share parent email address, firstname, lastname details. We will not share personal information with other parties without your consent, unless required by law.

Security of Personal Information

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. We use secure systems for data storage with limited personnel access.
